These Terms govern your use of the services provided by AVGAN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("AVGAN", "Gshilp", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India, having its office at 610, A-Block, Chandralok Complex, Paradise Circle, Secunderabad 500003, Telangana, GSTIN 36AAHCP6783B1Z9, and operating the website gshilp.com. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
We provide: managed office space and virtual office facilities; GST registration and related compliance support, including Principal Place of Business (VPOB) and Additional Place of Business (APOB) services; support services for e-commerce and Amazon sellers; and WhatsApp Business messaging setup and automation operated on your behalf.
Our services are intended for businesses and for individuals acting for a business. You confirm that you are authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of the business you represent, and that the information you give us is accurate and current.
Where we set up or operate WhatsApp Business messaging for you, the following apply in addition to the rest of these Terms.
Fees are as quoted to you in writing. Government fees, taxes and third-party platform charges (including Meta's messaging fees) are payable in addition unless expressly stated otherwise. GST applies at the prevailing rate. Where a service depends on prepaid third-party credit, the service pauses if that balance is exhausted.
Government fees, statutory charges and third-party platform charges already incurred are not refundable. Where we have not commenced work on a service, we will refund the fee for that service on written request. Where work has commenced, refunds are assessed against the work performed.
We do not guarantee the outcome of any application decided by a government authority or by a third-party platform, including GST registrations, address approvals, Meta business verification and message template approvals. We give our professional best effort and keep you informed.
We treat your documents and business information as confidential and use them only to deliver the services you have engaged us for. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and reflects our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The content of gshilp.com belongs to us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Your own business content, including message templates you approve, remains yours. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; we are an independent service provider and are not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.
Either party may end an engagement on written notice. We may suspend or end services immediately where they are being used unlawfully, where required by a government authority or platform, or where undisputed fees remain unpaid. On termination we will return or delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed. Material changes affecting an ongoing engagement will be notified to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
